If You Have a NY.gov AccountIf you already have an NY.gov account that you use for other NY.gov services, you will need to add your DMV information to your account to access MyDMV. If you cannot remember the password for your NY.gov account, you can use the self-service password reminder tool. If you believe you may have a username but do not remember it you can use the self-service tools on the NY.gov homepage.
Step 1: Go to the "Welcome to MyDMV" homepage and click "Sign In".
