Rooms: Six floors of double and triple rooms. Each student has a desk, chest of drawers, a closet, and a twin XL bed.

Rooms: Five floors of double-occupancy rooms. Seven pods with community-style bathrooms. Each room has a mini-fridge for roommates to share. Microwaves are available in community common areas.
Amenities: Elevators, study rooms, community kitchen, free laundry facilities, recreation room, vending machines, and seven common areas including an Academic Resource Center.
Beds: 227
Rooms: Martin Tower has four floors and Schexnider Tower has three floors. Each floor of each tower contains 16 or 17 double-occupancy student rooms, two shared bathrooms and a common living space.
Amenities: Elevators, study rooms, free laundry facilities in each pod, vending machines, and kitchen access on the first floor.

Rooms: Five floors with a variety of apartment styles. While primarily there are two-bedroom, 4-person rooms, there are some single-bedroom apartment options. Apartments are fully furnished and have full kitchens.
Please note: Sophomores living in Foundation Heights must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA.

Rooms: Six floors with a variety of apartment and suite styles. The residence hall is comprised of primarily of two-bedroom, 4 person apartments. However, there are some single-bedroom suites available.

Rooms: Rams Commons is comprised of four buildings which offer apartment-style living.
Each apartment/suite is configured in a two-or four-SINGLE bedroom style arrangement with either a kitchen or kitchenette.

Rooms: Four flours with a mix of room configurations. The building is set up with mainly two-bedroom, four-person suites with a limited number of four-person single bedroom apartments.

Rooms: Off-campus housing options less than two miles away from campus. University owned and operated two-bedroom, 4-person apartment style housing overlooking the Winston-Salem Downtown Skyline.
